A Father and Son Team
Can a father and son run a business without much friction? Well, so far it’s working out very well. However, we do have one strict Division of Labor rule: Patrick does all the work and I count the money. Just kidding. Actually, without tripping over ourselves, we’ve managed to get things done despite quite a bit of overlap in responsibility. If there is a division, it goes something like this. I’m responsible for getting the orders and Patrick is responsible for making sure the product ships and you receive it in a timely manner. So far it’s a formula that has worked.



In addition to Patrick and myself, we have a webmaster. Donn handles all the technical stuff, like making sure the shopping cart works properly. Pretty important part of the website, I’d say. And Chris handles customer service.



Oh, and there is one more member of our team. He’s our part-time model Spencer. Spencer is a 9-year old Sheltie who weighs 40 lbs. and is perfect for modeling medium to large size beds. Plus he works for very little—treats of course! He’s a great friend and companion. And he looks good on the masthead (as does Olivia, our cat).



While we’ve only been in business for a relatively short time (since 7/1/01) we’ve lived through the usual growing pains and we think we have an exciting site offering quality products very competitively priced. We hope you agree. Based upon sales, we think you do.

How To Shop

The Pampered Pet Mart™ is easy to shop around. It’s organized by categories (Dog Crates, for example) under the major subheads (Product for Dogs, for example). When you’re in any category and you find a product that you find appealing simply click on the product photo to bring up a new screen with a much larger photo and all the product description, including options such as color or size.



To return to the previous screen, always hit your back button. Your back button is a key element in making your way through the site.



There is also a Search function you can use. For example, if you search on the keyword “Bowsers” all references to the word Bowsers will appear including thumbnail photos. Here, too, if you click on the photo you bring up bring up a new screen with a much larger photo and all the product description.

Anytime you want to buy something you simply click on “Add To Cart.” Once you’re finished shopping, you click on the header bar “My Cart.” Here you can verify the product you ordered, quantities, colors, etc. and make any changes (including removing it from your basket). From here you proceed to checkout or do more shopping.



Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns of any item* within 15 days of your receipt of the order under the following conditions: The item must be new and unused and in its original shipping carton.

Before returning an item you MUST contact us for return instructions at: Contact Us. Not all items are returned to same location and therefore you need to check with us first on where the item is to be sent. Also, before returning items make sure they are free of all pet hair. Items containing pet hair will not be considered new.

There will be a 10-20% restocking fee on all returns unless you are exchanging for a different size/product. If you are exchanging for another size/product you will receive a full product cost refund**. We will not however issue refunds for outgoing shipping or return shipping.

**FREE SHIPPING items will always have the actual shipping charges deducted from the amount refunded regardless of whether or not it is an exchange or refund.

Exchanges: Ordered the wrong size or color? Simply place an order online for the correct item(s) and return the items that you don't want in their original condition. We'll credit your card for the returned items minus the shipping. You MUST contact us before sending back the exchanges in order receive return instructions and to avoid restocking fees.

Non-Returnable items: Due to health reasons some items are considered non-returnable once they have been removed from their original packaging. For Example, Ugodog Indoor Dog Potty, any carrier product or bed product with pet hair. Basically, it must be in brand new condition.
